GIMSEO offers website design and SEO services for UK businesses that want a site which looks professional, loads quickly on a phone and is set up from day one to be found on Google. We build for tradespeople, clinics, solicitors, independent shops and small online brands across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We’re a small remote team based in Sialkot, Pakistan. That is the main reason our prices sit below most UK agencies. You still get a written quote in pounds, a clear plan, and you speak directly to the person building your site rather than an account manager passing messages along.
Website design, SEO and marketing services
Most clients start with one thing and add the rest when they are ready.
- Custom website design. Bespoke WordPress websites you can edit yourself, with no heavy page builders and no recycled templates. Every page is written around what your customers need to know before they call.
- Online shops. Shopify or WooCommerce stores with clear product pages, a quick checkout and delivery options set up properly. See Shopify store design and WooCommerce development.
- SEO. Keyword research, on-page fixes, content and technical work that brings in people who are ready to buy. See SEO services.
- Local SEO. Google Business Profile work, location pages and consistent listings so you show up for “near me” searches in the towns you cover. See local SEO.
- Google Ads. Search and Performance Max campaigns with call and form tracking, so you can see what each pound brings in. See Google Ads management.
- Website care. Updates, backups, security checks and small edits every month. See website maintenance.
Websites for UK trades, clinics and local businesses
Every sector has its own details that customers look for, and some that regulators expect. We design around them.
- Trades and home services. Plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, roofers and builders: your Gas Safe, NICEIC or other registration shown where people look for it, a page for each service and each area you cover, and a quick quote form that works on a phone.
- Dental practices and clinics. Treatments, NHS and private fees, online booking and practice information. Practices registered with the CQC must show their current rating on their website, so we build a proper place for it.
- Solicitors and accountants. Clear service pages, team profiles and an enquiry form. Firms regulated by the SRA need its digital badge on their website, and we add it where it belongs.
- Independent shops and online brands. Product pages that sell, delivery and returns information that is easy to find, and a checkout that works on any phone.
- Restaurants, cafés and salons. Menus and price lists you can update in a minute, booking links, opening hours and directions.
- Manufacturers and wholesalers. Product catalogues, specification sheets and quote request forms for trade buyers. See B2B website development.
Local SEO across UK towns and cities
When someone searches for an emergency plumber in Leeds or a dentist near Clapham, Google usually shows a map with three businesses before the normal results. Your position there depends on how close you are to the person searching, how relevant your business looks for that search, and how well known and trusted you are online. Here is how we work on the parts you can control:
- A complete Google Business Profile with the right categories, services, photos and opening hours
- A page for each service and for each town or county you genuinely cover, written about that area
- Your business name, address and phone number written the same way on your site, your profile and directories such as Yell, Bing Places and Apple Business Connect
- A simple routine for asking happy customers for Google reviews, and replying to every review
- LocalBusiness schema so search engines understand your service area and hours
We won’t promise you the top spot, because nobody can do that honestly. We fix what is holding you back, keep working on it every month and tell you in plain English what changed.
UK rules we build your website around
We can’t give legal advice, but we build your site so these are easy to get right with your solicitor or accountant:
- UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A privacy notice page, forms that only ask for what you need, and clear consent wording.
- Cookie consent (PECR). Analytics and advertising cookies only load after a visitor agrees, with a banner that makes saying no as easy as saying yes.
- Company details. Limited companies need their registered name, company number, place of registration and registered office address on their website. We put them in the footer.
- Accessibility. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines, which helps you meet your duties under the Equality Act 2010 and makes the site easier for everyone to use.
- Online shops. Delivery, returns and cancellation information that reflects the Consumer Contracts Regulations, written for your solicitor to check.
Website design and SEO prices in pounds
Websites don’t have a set price, because a five-page site for an electrician and a 200-product online shop are different jobs. After a free call you get a fixed written quote in pounds that lists every page and feature. Website projects are paid 50% to start and 50% before launch, and there is no monthly fee from us for the website itself.
SEO is a monthly plan, billed in pounds, with a six-month minimum term and 30 days’ notice after that.

Working with a remote team from the UK
Pakistan is four hours ahead of the UK in summer and five hours ahead in winter, so your morning is our afternoon. We book calls on Zoom, Google Meet, phone or WhatsApp at a time that suits you, usually in your morning or early afternoon. Between calls, work is shared in documents you can review whenever it suits you, and you get plain-English updates rather than jargon.
Everything is set up in your name: your domain, your hosting, your website and your Google accounts. If you ever move to another agency, you take it all with you.
How it works
- Free call. Tell us about your business, your customers and the areas you cover.
- Fixed quote. We send a written scope, timeline and price in pounds.
- Design. We design your homepage and one inner page first, then refine them with your feedback.
- Build. We build the full site, add your content and photos, and set up forms, analytics and SEO.
- Launch and support. We test on real phones, go live, show you how to make updates and stay on hand for 60 days of free support.

Questions UK businesses ask us
Where is GIMSEO based?
We’re based in Sialkot, Pakistan, and work with UK clients remotely by video call, email and WhatsApp. We don’t have a UK office.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we write your pages around the towns and counties you actually serve.
How long does a website take?
A small business website usually takes a few weeks once we have your content, logo and photos. Larger sites and online shops take longer, and your quote includes a timeline.
Can you redesign my site without losing my Google rankings?
Yes. We keep the pages that bring in traffic, redirect every old address and check Google Search Console after launch.
Can you get my business into the Google map results?
We improve the things that decide it: your website, your Google Business Profile, your listings and your reviews. How quickly you move depends on your competition and how close customers are to you, so we don’t promise a position.
How do I pay?
Website projects are invoiced in pounds: 50% to start and 50% before launch. SEO plans are billed monthly in pounds.
Get a fixed quote in pounds
Tell us about your business, your county and town, and what you want the website or SEO to achieve. We’ll reply as soon as possible with next steps and, where it makes sense, a fixed quote in pounds.
