Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects GIMSEO's infrastructure and users while allowing normal SEO research and website analysis.
Allowed activities
Normal use of the tools for SEO research, website diagnostics, content planning, keyword research, technical checks and related legitimate activities is allowed.
Prohibited activities
- Attacking, probing or attempting unauthorized access to GIMSEO systems.
- Malware distribution, phishing, credential theft or fraud.
- Attempts to bypass Turnstile, rate limits, authentication or other security controls.
- Excessive automated traffic intended to overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
- Using the service to violate copyright, privacy, trademark or other legal rights.
- Submitting malicious, deceptive or unlawful URLs or payloads.
- Interfering with other users' access to the website or tools.
Automated access
Automation is permitted only when it is reasonable, lawful and does not circumvent technical controls or materially interfere with service availability. GIMSEO may restrict automated traffic when necessary to protect the service.
Enforcement
We may block requests, restrict access, disable features or take other reasonable measures when we believe activity presents a security, availability, legal or abuse risk.
