Respect for copyright
GIMSEO respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the website to do the same. If you believe material available through GIMSEO infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright notice through the Contact Us page.
What to include
A useful copyright notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material or URL that is allegedly infringing, provide information that allows us to contact you, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and include a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder where applicable.
Counter-notices
If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may provide a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law.
Action
GIMSEO may review reports and take action that is appropriate under applicable law. A submission does not guarantee removal, restoration or a particular outcome.
