These terms apply to the SEO tools at gimseo.com/seo-tools and app.gimseo.com (“the Tools”), provided by GIMSEO Digital Marketing (“GIMSEO”, “we”, “us”). By using the Tools or creating an account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the general Terms and Conditions on this site. Where they differ, these terms apply to the Tools.
The Tools
The Tools help you research keywords, check websites, analyse backlinks and optimise YouTube videos. Some run in your browser; others use data from third-party providers such as DataForSEO. Results are estimates and suggestions: search engines control their own rankings, and we do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales.

Accounts
You need a free account for tools that use paid data. Give a real email address, keep your password safe, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits and limits
Tools that use paid data cost credits per run, as shown on each tool. Each plan has daily and monthly credit limits and bulk-size limits, shown on the pricing page. Daily credits reset at midnight UTC; monthly credits reset each month (on your billing day for GIMSEO Pro). Unused credits do not carry over. A failed run is not charged. We may change credit costs and limits; changes to a paid plan apply from your next billing period.
GIMSEO Pro
GIMSEO Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Sales tax or VAT is added by Paddle where required.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Manage billing). Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then your account returns to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Fair use
Do not use the Tools to break the law or anyone else’s rights; to scan sites you are not allowed to test; to automate or script requests, scrape the Tools or resell their results as a service; to share accounts; or to get around limits, the human check or other security. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do, without refund where the misuse is serious.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Tools available and accurate, but they are provided “as is”, and providers’ data can be wrong or delayed. We may add, change or remove tools. If we stop offering GIMSEO Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GIMSEO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the Tools’ results, and our total liability for the Tools is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
