Questions

Does domain age help rankings?

Not on its own. Older domains often rank well because they have built content and links over time, not because of their age.

Why can't I see who owns the domain?

Most owners use privacy protection, and the data source does not provide personal details. The tool shows registration facts only.

Where does the data come from?

From the official registry record (RDAP), the modern replacement for WHOIS that registries such as Verisign publish. For domain endings without RDAP we use DataForSEO's WHOIS database.
